We ship worldwide within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Return Policy
We accept free returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Contact us at chantal@pacha1.com to initiate a return.
Please note: Print-on-demand products (such as art prints and cards) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In that case, please contact us and we will make it right.
