Do you sell ebooks and audiobooks?
Yes! All our e-books and audiobooks are available to read or listen to directly in your browser - no downloads, no extra apps needed. Log in with your email address and start reading in a safe reading space made for you.
What is The Dreamer's Library?
The Dreamer's Library is our monthly reading subscription. For a fixed monthly fee, you can choose a set number of e-books from our curated indie collection — and read them directly in your browser. It's a cosy, safe space to discover new indie voices, one story at a time. Learn how it works.
What are the Printify products?
Our print-on-demand collection includes bookish items such as art prints, cards, mugs, tote bags, and t-shirts — all made especially for you when you place your order.
Returns & Damaged Orders
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for physical books. Items must be in their original condition. Contact us at chantal@pacha1.com to initiate a return. Print-on-demand products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us at chantal@pacha1.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

What is the subscription program?
It's a monthly digital reading subscription where readers pay a fixed fee and can choose a set number of ebooks from our curated indie collection. For every chosen title, the author receives a fixed commission.
Does this replace regular ebook sales?
No. Your ebook will remain available at its normal price in the shop. The subscription is an additional channel, not a replacement.
How much will I earn per chosen e-book?
You can choose your preferred commission within a fixed range (e.g., €1.00–€2.50). This amount is paid each time a subscriber selects your ebook as part of their monthly picks.
Why is the commission fixed instead of 50/50?
Because subscription models work differently from individual sales. A fixed commission ensures:
- predictable earnings
- fairness across different book lengths and prices
- a simple, transparent system for authors and readers
Can I choose which of my titles are included?
Yes. You can opt in per title. You decide which ebooks join the subscription and which remain sales only.
Can I leave the program later?
Absolutely. You can request the removal of any title at any time, and it will be removed from the subscription catalog.
Will I get reports on how my ebooks perform?
Yes. You will receive periodic updates showing:
- how many subscribers selected your ebook
- your earned commissions
- general subscription performance insights
Does participating affect my rights or exclusivity elsewhere?
No. You retain full rights to your work. Participation is non-exclusive and does not conflict with other platforms.
